Hunter Biden’s Relationship In Business Comes To Light

(RoyalPatriot.com )- The chairman of the House Oversight Committee has requested that Vuk Jeremc, the former Serbian minister of foreign affairs, appear before the committee to answer questions about his work with the former Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC as well as his relationship with Hunter Biden, the New York Post reported.

In a letter to Jemeric last Tuesday, Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R-KY) asked Jeremic to arrange an interview with Committee investigators and provide any documents related to Hunter, his uncle James Biden, their business associates, and CEFC, arguing that Jemeric could hold key information related to the Biden family’s foreign deals.

Jemeric, who served as the UN General Assembly president from 2012 to 2013, appears to have had a hand in helping to connect CEFC executives with Hunter and James Biden in late 2015 while Joe Biden was vice president.

In a November 2015 email found on Hunter’s abandoned laptop, Jeremic told Biden’s business associate Eric Schwerin that he would be dining with CEFC chairman Ye Jianming in Washington, DC, noting that Ye had “top-level connections” in China and that CEFC was spending billions in investments abroad. Jemeric told Schwerin that he was hoping Hunter would join him at the dinner, adding that he was “confident” many “interesting projects” would come out of the meeting.

Schwerin responded to Jeremic, telling him that they had already been approached by another acquaintance of Hunter’s about meeting with Ye Jianming. He told Jeremic that they weren’t sure whether meeting with Ye would be “worthwhile,” but knowing that Ye is a friend of Jeremic’s “makes us feel better about this.”

No longer in operation, CEFC was part of China’s “Belt and Road” initiative. In 2017 and 2018, CEFC paid Hunter and James Biden at least $4.8 million.

It was reported in 2020 that Joe Biden allegedly met with Hunter’s business associate Tony Bobulinski in May 2017 to discuss their dealings with CEFC. In an email sent that same month, it was revealed that “big guy” Biden would be getting 10 percent of the deal.
