In an exclusive report on Monday, Fox News revealed that almost a dozen current and former Biden administration officials, including the Secretary of State and the National Security Advisor, have extensive ties to Biden’s son Hunter that date back more than a decade.
Fox found links between Hunter Biden and two current members of President Biden’s Cabinet, one former Cabinet member, Biden’s National Security Advisor, five White House aides, an aide to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and the former communications director for First Lady Jill Biden.
According to Fox, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Hunter Biden both served on the board of the liberal foreign policy think tank The Truman National Security Project for about two years before Sullivan joined Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, based on the Wayback Machine internet archives.
At the time they served together, Hunter was also serving on the board of Burisma Holdings and the Chinese private equity fund BHR Partners.
According to emails previously verified by Fox News, the current Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Hunter at the State Department in July 2015 when he was Deputy Secretary of State in the Obama administration.
At the time of that meeting, Hunter was serving on the board of Burisma Holdings.
Earlier this year, former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell told the House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees that then-Biden campaign advisor Antony Blinken was instrumental in devising the October 2020 letter from former intelligence officials claiming that Hunter’s abandoned laptop had the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation operation.
Fox also found a link between Hunter Biden and Blinken’s wife Evan Ryan, who currently works as White House cabinet secretary.
According to Fox, when Ryan was working in the Obama White House, she frequently communicated with both Hunter and his business partner Eric Schwerin.
Another notable connection Fox found was between Hunter and Biden’s White House Chief of Staff Jeff Zients. According to White House visitor logs during the Obama presidency, Zients had multiple meetings with Hunter in 2016.
