RETURN OF THE SWAMP: John Kerry To Be Biden’s “Climate Czar”

( Should Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden ultimately win the election and become the next president, former Secretary of State John Kerry looks to be heading back to the federal government. On Monday, the Biden transition team announced that they would be bringing back the former Senator for Massachusetts to frontline politics, giving him a role as a special presidential envoy on the climate.

Yep. John Kerry is coming back to lecture us about the environment.

Following the announcement, Kerry announced that he was proud to be working with Biden on climate change. He also indicated his support of young radicals like Greta Thunberg and even Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who have advocated some of the most extreme green policies would effectively kill off the airline industry and make fossil fuel obsolete before we have sufficient resources to replace it.

“America will soon have a government that treats the climate crisis as the urgent national security threat it is,” Kerry Tweeted.

“I’m proud to partner with the President-elect, our allies, and the young leaders of the climate movement to take on this crisis as the President’s Climate Envoy,” he added.

We hate to break this to you, but there’s a very real possibility that Greta Thunberg could end up meeting U.S. government officials. Thanks, 2020.

If you can remember back to the Obama administration, you’ll know that Kerry was the Secretary of State. During his time in government, he spearheaded the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, which oversaw the sending of $1.7 billion to the Iranians.

He was also responsible for making a deal with Syria to get rid of their chemical weapons. It was, however. Totally unsuccessful as a series of chemical weapons attacks were unleashed on Syrian civilians in 2018 that forced the president to respond with strikes.

A serial failure, Kerry is set to return to government, and this time he’s in charge of something that could go even more catastrophically wrong.
