(RoyalPatriot.com )- The daughter of a Russian nationalist philosopher, described as “Putin’s brains” was killed in a targeted assassination attempt, according to Breitbart News. The 29-year-old Darya Dugina and her father, Alexander Dugin, were leaving the Tradition festival at the Zakharovo estate near Moscow when a sudden change of plans sent Dugina into the car her father was allegedly going to drive before it ultimately exploded.
Dugin is described as a “radical traditionalist” and a “Eurasianist.” He believes in the establishment of the former soviet bloc allied to Iran and Turkey in order to push back against the global hegemony of the United States and the West. He supported the annexation of Crimea in 2014 and supported strong intervention after fighting broke out between Ukraine and pro-Russia separatists in the Donbas region.
Both Dugin and his daughter supported Russia’s the so-called special military operation in Ukraine.
Russian authorities blamed the assassination on Ukraine, saying that an explosive device was placed on the bottom of the car under the driver’s seat. Dugina died at the scene. As of right now, it’s reported that the investigation believes that the crime was both contractual and plotted ahead of time.
Russian foreign ministry’s main spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, speculated that Ukraine was involved in the attack, saying that if “the Ukrainian trace is confirmed… then we are talking about the policy of state terrorism implemented by the Kiev regime.”
Ukraine denies the allegations with Ukrainian presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak insisting that “Ukraine, of course, had nothing to do with this because we are not a criminal state, like the Russian Federation, and moreover we are not a terrorist state.” But he did call Duginas death “karmic” retribution for supporting the war on Ukraine.
As Russia continues its onslaught, Ukraine continues to ask for more money from Western countries and the United States. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the United States should send more money because they are fighting for American values.
