(RoyalPatriot.com )- Prince Harry dodged “Today” show host Hoda Kotb’s nosy question about whether he misses his brother or father.
The nosy Kotb interviewed Harry for NBC’s “Today” show while he was in the Netherlands attending the fifth Invictus Games in the Hague.
The interview, ostensibly to talk about the Invictus Games Foundation, which Harry founded in 2014, and his work in service, veered into busybody questions about Harry’s strained relationship with members of the royal family.
First, Nosy Parker Kotb asked the wayward prince if he missed his family. Harry redirected the question, pointing out that most people miss their families if they haven’t seen them for a long time.
Naturally, Kotb wasn’t satisfied with Harry’s general answer. She wanted the prince to dish some dirt. So she got more specific, asking Harry if he missed his brother Prince William and his father, the Prince of Wales.
But since Harry was getting interviewed about the Invictus Games, he dismissed the busybody’s question, saying that his focus “at the moment” was on the people participating in the games and their families, “and giving everything I can” to ensure “they have the experience of a lifetime.”
He said when he leaves the Netherlands and gets home, his focus will return to his wife and children whom he said he missed “massively.”
