(RoyalPatriot.com )- Reports show that another audit of the US Defense Department failed. This is not surprising, given that the Pentagon never passes an audit completely. When you fail basic requirements year after year, it becomes the norm rather than the exception.
The Pentagon has failed another audit, as usual. However, nobody in the media or the government (but I repeat myself) seems to care.
According to a report, this is the fifth year in a row that the Defense Department has failed to meet the audit criteria imposed by Congress. Yes, your erstwhile War Department cannot account for all of its assets.
It’s only a couple of trillion dollars worth of goods we can’t find, so it’s not that bad.
Calm down already.
According to a report, only 7 of the 27 entities audited within the Department of Defense achieved a passing grade. In dollar terms, only 39% of the $3.5 trillion in assets are accounted for, leaving a $2.2 trillion imbalance in assets unaccounted.
The assets in question are 2.9 million military personnel, weapons, equipment, 290 ships, and 19,700 aircraft. But that’s not all.
Buildings and supplies are dispersed among 4,860 stations and sites globally.
The audit also includes the Department of Defense’s healthcare system, which provides medical care to 9.6 million active-duty retirees and their families.
Military bases are similar to small cities, with police agencies, schools, transit systems, and housing structures.
As a result, these audits cover our wartime assets like armament and the department’s human care structures like beans and beds. So not knowing where more than 60% of their assets are makes one question the DOD’s capacity to fight wars and its ability to care for America’s warriors.
Reports show that this irresponsibility isn’t new to anyone with a long memory.
Remember Donald Rumsfeld’s September 10, 2001, press conference in which he stated that the Pentagon couldn’t account for $2.3 trillion?
Most likely, the current military has spent the money on “Woke” policies, black op projects, and transgender surgeries.
