TMZ Sports spoke with his former colleague from the Baltimore Ravens, who corroborated the news.
The NFL great passed away at 55, according to Jamal Lewis, his former teammate with the Baltimore Ravens.
On Wednesday, the former running back said, “I gotta say, it’s a sad day to be a Raven.”
It has not been determined what exactly led to the death of the former defensive lineman at this time. Siragusa, a defensive tackle who stood 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 340 pounds, made his debut in the National Football League with the Indianapolis Colts in 1990 as an undrafted free agent. By the 1992 season, he had established himself as a full-time starter.
After signing with the Baltimore Ravens in 1997, he became an integral part of the franchise’s illustrious 2000 team that went on to win Super Bowl XXXV.
After playing in the league for 12 seasons, he finished with 564 tackles and 22 sacks.
After finishing his playing career, Siragusa became an NFL sideline reporter and analyst for Fox, where he rose to prominence. He had a one-of-a-kind approach and was quite knowledgeable about the game, making spectators chuckle.

Linebacker Jaylon Ferguson, who played for the Baltimore Ravens, passed away at 26.
In the late hours of Tuesday, police discovered Ferguson unresponsive inside a residence in Baltimore.
His cause of death has not yet been identified, and there was no evidence that he had been the victim of violence or trauma.
After receiving a call saying there was a “CPR in progress” at approximately 11:45 a.m., Toms River Police Department officers were sent to a home located on the barrier island in the beach region of the town, as reported by the department.
According to the police, Siragusa was pronounced dead at the site shortly after the arrival of both cops and EMS personnel.
Tony Siragusa was in his early 20s when Siragusa’s father died from a heart attack.
