An Open Invitation for the Duchess
The creator of the hit legal drama “Suits” has extended an open invitation to Meghan Markle, inviting her to reprise her role in the upcoming spinoff, “Suits LA.” Aaron Korsh, the mastermind behind the series, has made it clear that the door is always open for Markle to return to the franchise that launched her acting career.
Do you think it’s got anything to do with the disastrous launch of her “lifestyle brand” that seems to do nothing more than promote jars of jam she made that you can’t actually buy?
Korsh’s eagerness to welcome Markle back is evident in his statements to the press.
“Obviously, if Meghan wants to come back under any circumstances, Meghan can come back,” Korsh said.
This unequivocal invitation has sparked excitement among fans who fondly remember Markle’s portrayal of Rachel Zane from 2011 to 2018.

From Suits, to princess, to Suits again…that must be hard for her to swallow
While the prospect of Markle’s return is funny, Korsh acknowledged the potential complexities it could introduce to the show’s narrative. The line between Markle’s real-life events and her fictional character has become increasingly blurred since her departure from the series to marry Prince Harry and undertake royal responsibilities.
“We have thought about whether it be Meghan or any of the other cast members coming on and playing themselves as an actor,” Aaron Korsh said.
Korsh further elaborated on the challenges, stating, “I think, for me, that’s a little … My brain blows up at the thought of that. Obviously, if Meghan wants to come back under any circumstances, Meghan can come back.”
Since stepping down from her role as a senior royal, Markle has not been idle in the entertainment industry. She has ventured into various projects, including a Netflix docuseries titled “Harry & Meghan,” a Spotify podcast, and an upcoming lifestyle show called “With Love, Meghan.” But nothing has really worked out for her so far.
