Kim Kardashian Deletes Tweet Defending Mother Who Beat Child To Death

(RoyalPatriot.com )- This week, Kim Kardashian sent a series of tweets pleading with Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) to postpone the execution of a woman convicted in 2007 of violently abusing her two-year-old daughter.
The reality star has subsequently deleted the controversial tweets.
In the messages, Kardashian claimed Melissa Lucio falsely pled guilty to the murder of her daughter, who, according to Kardashian, died due to “a tragic accident.”
According to court records, Mariah, the infant girl, was the victim of heinous child abuse. She had a fractured arm that might have been weeks old, bite marks, bruises, and missing sections of hair that had been torn out.
Kardashian said she had recently come across Melissa Lucio’s case and wanted to share her experience. She said the mother was on death row for almost 14 years for her daughter’s death, a tragic accident.
She said that Mariah, her 2-year-old daughter, tumbled down a flight of stairs and died two days later while napping, and the police arrested the mother after calling for assistance.
Kim pulled the sympathy card claiming that Melissa was a survivor of abuse and domestic violence herself, and after being interrogated for hours, she falsely pleaded guilty.
Kardashian said the mother simply wanted the interrogation to end, but police made her words out to be a confession.
The reality TV personality promoted an Innocence Project petition urging Governor Abbott to halt the execution.
It’s tales like Melissa’s that drive Kardashian to speak out so forcefully about the death penalty in general, Kardashian proclaimed. It should be abolished when innocent people suffer, she wrote.

Kardashian has not said why she removed the tweets, but she has faced flack for her online endorsement of Lucio.

Kardashian reframed her attempt to shield the convicted child killer on Wednesday evening.

She said on Facebook that it’s terrible to read this letter from Melissa Lucio’s children imploring the state not to murder their mother. She feels this case and the evidence utilized to condemn her are riddled with mysteries.

Kim Kardashian is the daughter of attorney Robert Kardashian who was part of the team that sprung OJ Simpson from what was a slam-dunk murder charge.
