George Soros Prosecutor Tried To Jail Father For Exposing Daughter’s Rape

( )- The Loudoun County prosecutor who pushed to jail the father of a rape victim dragged out of a school board meeting on two misdemeanor charges is one of the pro-criminal prosecutors whose campaign was bankrolled in part by billionaire Leftist George Soros.

Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney Buta Biberaj’s campaign received $860,000 from the Soros-tied Justice and Public Safety PAC.

Justice and Public Safety. How Orwellian.

Scott Smith, 48, whose altercation with police during a heated board meeting in Leesburg went viral on social media, had appeared at the meeting to confront the board over the rape of his 15-year-old daughter at Stone Bridge High School just weeks earlier. Smith’s daughter was assaulted in the girls’ restroom by a 15-year-old boy wearing a skirt.

Buta Biberaj, who campaigned on ending “mass incarceration” – a favorite platform for George Soros – had no problem going into court and demanding Smith serve jail time for two misdemeanors.

To make matters worse, it was Buta Biberaj who supported Loudoun County Schools’ decision to simply transfer the 15-year-old rapist out of Stone Bridge High School to Broad Run High School.

Yeah, you read that right. Biberaj didn’t push to jail the rapist. She just let the district move him to another school.

Biberaj defended the decision to move the little rapist to a different school instead of throwing him in jail, claiming that at the time, she believed it was unlikely he would re-offend.

He re-offended.

The 15-year-old boy arrived at his new school and went on to molest another girl.

So if you’re following this insanity. The same prosecutor who left this rapist out to rape again, wanted to put the father of one of his rape victims in jail for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Ultimately, Smith received a suspended sentence of ten days in jail, contingent on a year of good behavior.

His daughter’s rapist was eventually charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and is currently in juvenile detention awaiting his next court appearance.

Unsurprisingly, this Soros-funded incompetent is also a close ally of Democrat gubernatorial candidate (and former Virginia Governor) Terry McAuliffe. She has campaigned alongside McAuliffe as recently as October 2 at an event in Leesburg. When Biberaj ran for office in 2019, Terry McAuliffe endorsed her saying she would bring “real criminal justice reform” to Virginia.
