Eric Swalwell Claims Being Compromised By Spy Didn’t Compromise Him

( )- Nothing to see here. All is well. Calm down.

When asked if Fang Fang, the Chinese honeypot spy that Swalwell was cozying up with, made him a national security risk, Swalwell said, “Absolutely not.”

Phew. Glad that is cleared up.

Swalwell was responding to Dana Bash, who had a sudden burst of journalistic integrity and grilled Swalwell about his relationship.

The congressman told Bash not to take his word for it. Take the word of the FBI and serial liar and fabricator Adam Schiff.

“But, Dana, don’t take my word for it. Take the FBI’s word for it. They never talk about ongoing investigations. And former Chairman Adam Schiff knows this as a member of the Gang of Eight. Three different times, they came out and said two things. All I did was help them, and I was never under any suspicion of wrongdoing,” claimed Swalwell.

When discussing his dismissal from the House Intelligence Committee in an interview aired on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday, Swalwell had some choice words for House Majority Leader Andrew McCarthy.

“This is some Bakersfield B.S. It’s Kevin McCarthy weaponizing his ability to commit this political abuse because he perceives me, just like Mr. Schiff and Ms. Omar, as an effective political opponent,” Swalwell added.

Is that why the Democrats went after Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar because they are effective political opponents?

Swalwell whined that Speaker Boehner was briefed on the investigation and never removed him from committees. He noted that Devin Nunes was the chair of the Intelligence Committee and “never made a public peep about this.” He also mentioned that Paul Ryan would have access to the same investigation, and he reappointed him to the committee.

There’s nothing there,” Swalwell implored.
