Dr. Fauci’s Secret Document Signing Comes To Light

(RoyalPatriot.com )- Galveston National Laboratory, an Anthony Fauci-led NIAID initiative, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, allowing the Chinese facility to “destroy and/or return confidential documentation, materials, and equipment without any backups.”

It had previously reported that the Texas lab had a multi-year collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which included hosting exchange programs and training researchers at the lab’s Biosafety Level 4 facility. Both the Wuhan and Galveston National Laboratories have acknowledged dealing with the “world’s most hazardous pathogens” in 2018.

The disclosure comes amid an uproar over Antony Fauci’s support of Wuhan Institute of Virology bat coronavirus research, extending beyond American partners like Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance. Many public health and intelligence professionals think that the lab is the origin of COVID-19.

Internal records released by the government watchdog organization USRTK (U.S. Right to Know) further corroborate the program’s existence and provide additional light on the arrangement between the two laboratories and private emails from Fauci.

In 2017, USRTK received a copy of the formal agreement between Wuhan and Galveston, which was signed in 2017. The Wuhan Institute of Virology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston had signed a “Memorandum of Understanding Of Cooperation.”

The secrecy clause in section 16 of the contract states that the Wuhan Institute of Virology has the right to request that the Galveston lab “delete and/or return the secret data, materials, and equipment without any backups.”

In addition, the contract stipulates that “all collaboration and exchanges,” papers, data, details, and materials, should be handled as private information by the parties.

To further expand academic and talent exchanges and boost research collaboration between China and the United States for the management of infectious illnesses, the two laboratories have signed a contract outlining their “objectives of cooperation.”

The agreement also permitted the laboratories to “share viral resources purely for the scientific research reasons,” as stated in the contract.

The Galveston lab’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel Carolee King and Director James LeDuc (seem to) have signed the deal.

National Institutes of Health (NIH) remained identified as a Wuhan Institute for Virology partner on its website until early 2021- despite Fauci’s efforts to distance himself.
