(RoyalPatriot.com )- Former President Donald Trump may no longer be in the White House but his famous sense of humor and his regular input on the state of American politics persists. The 45th President of the United States issued a statement before Memorial Day, taking aim at President Joe Biden and his horrible handling of the U.S. economy.
In a statement, Trump told readers to remember as they watch the meter tick while filling up their cars just how good a job President Trump did.
It was a clear reference to the rocketing prices of fuel during the Biden administration, with gas prices firmly over $3 per gallon in most states now. During the Trump administration, prices were well under $2 per gallon, with rumors circulating that another four years of President Trump in the White House could have seen prices drop below $1.
In the statement, Trump said that with the Memorial Day Weekend on the way, people will be driving their cars more than ever and that gasoline prices mean people will be paying more to enjoy the holiday.
“Soon Russia and the Middle East will be making a fortune on oil,” he added.
President Trump also reminded readers of the time when America was energy independent under his administration.
“Other than that, have a great Memorial Day Weekend!” he continued.
If anything, banning President Trump from Twitter was actually a blessing for the country. Now that Trump is no longer constrained by the character limit on the social media website, President Trump has issued longer, more hilarious statements via press releases from his Save America PAC and from his personal page on his website.
These hilarious statements have replaced Trump’s famous tweets. And it looks like he won’t be stopping posting them any time soon.
Perhaps they’ll even form the beginning of a new campaign to re-take the White House in 2024…
