(RoyalPatriot.com )- Once a rising star amongst conservatives, Dan Crenshaw, the increasingly unpopular congressman from Texas, used bullying tactics and slimy wordplay to attack a Fox host who questioned his war agenda.
During an appearance on FOX and Friends, the congressman expressed how disturbed and concerned he was that anyone wouldn’t share his views about going to war with Russia.
One of the hosts, Rachel Campos-Duffy, said she believed most Americans would question getting involved in such a war.
This challenge enraged Crenshaw; that’s when the oily congressman pulled a sad maneuver out of his bag of political tricks.
“I think it is a very small minority who say that we shouldn’t care about what goes on in the world,” said Crenshaw.
“That’s not what I said,” Duffy interjected deftly.
Crenshaw, caught trying to alter the playing field, tried for quick damage control.
“I know but that’s what a lot of people say. And they do repeat Putin’s talking points. And that’s a problem when they start repeating Putin’s talking points and repeating lies about Ukrainians… Alliances do matter… It is not America First to watch around the world as Russia and China take over and destroy our allies. That’s America last,” Crenshaw whined.
Duffy wouldn’t let the bully off the hook, saying that she felt like she needed to push back at Crenshaw and that she was not repeating “Russian talking points.”
Crenshaw has been at odds on lots of conservative news and opinion shows as of late. He likes to campaign as a Conservative back home but shows his true colors when in DC.
He’s allied with Liz Cheney, praising her for impeaching Trump, and is a fan of Adam Kinzinger.
Birds of a feather…
