CBS Deleted Key Video Footage Of Their Own Star Because It Ruined Their Narrative

( )- A video clip showing a guest harshly criticizing the damage done to children by the government’s COVID response during Sunday’s CBS “Face the Nation” went viral on social media this week. But the people who watched “Face the Nation” on their TVs never saw that segment because it never aired during the show.

In the clip, longtime CBS News reporter and chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford slammed elected officials and public health “experts” for the damage their COVID policies have done to young children. She hammered them for the mental and emotional strain these lockdowns and school closures have done to kids. She cited the spike in suicide rates and the potential lasting damage to a generation of Americans.

Powerful stuff.

And while you can find Crawford’s remarks in the show’s transcript online or watch it in the YouTube video of Sunday’s show, the people who sat down to watch Sunday’s broadcast on TV never saw it.

Instead, after CBS White House reporter Weijia Jiang wrapped up her comments about the 2022 midterms, host Margaret Brennan went to a commercial break. Following the break, CBS skipped ahead to each reporter’s predictions for 2022.

It begs the question, why? Why is it CBS News didn’t want their TV audience to hear Crawford describe the “crushing impact” of COVID policies on young children? Is it because she pointed out that children have the lowest risk of contracting a severe case of COVID-19? Or is it because she cited the mental health impact on children being locked down and out of school?

Who exactly is CBS News trying to protect here?

Well, the answer is probably obvious.
