Boycott Of Fox News Is Gaining Steam

Many influential people on the internet have called for a total boycott of Fox News since Tucker Carlson was let go from his position there. The network can ill-afford another hit to its viewership as Fox News’ ratings continue to plummet among viewers of all ages and men and women.

After Fox News announced that Tucker Carlson had been removed as the network’s prime-time host, Vince Dao posted a poll to his YouTube channel asking viewers, “Will you be BOYCOTTING Fox News after the Tucker Carlson removal?”

There have been almost 13,000 responses, and the majority of them (74%) support the boycott.

Other influencers are getting involved. The Boycott has only begun.

From ACT for America, Brigitte Gabriel tweeted, “Stand with Tucker Carlson and Dan Bongino!” She said to avoid watching Fox News at all costs and that Dan Bongino, a Fox News contributor, was fired just a few hours before Tucker Carlson.

Former senior adviser and counsel to President Donald J. Trump and current co-host of the show bearing her name, Jenna Ellis, has also spoken out in favor of the plan, saying, “They deserve a complete boycott from the right.”

Fox News’ decision to fire Tucker Carlson has been widely criticized, and their ratings dropped on Tuesday in the key 25-54-year-old demographic due to the temporary replacement for Tucker Carlson at 8 PM Eastern time. In comparison, CNN and MSNBC fared better.

The current number of watchers is a dismal 1.7 million. More than 600,000 viewers abandoned the show.

By posting a video to his Twitter account, Tucker Carlson gave a clue he was getting ready to fight the network head-on. This action indicated he was preparing to initiate the Boycott. The video has surpassed all of his previous records at Fox News.
