Arrests Surge At Border Under Joe Biden’s Broken White House Leadership, Report Finds

( )- On Monday, federal border officials revealed that the number of illegal aliens apprehended at the United States-Mexico border in December last year constituted a 129% increase over December of 2020. Some 170,186 illegal aliens were apprehended by border officials, up from 71,141 in December of 2020.

It’s a sign that, even though the Biden White House seems to have convinced the media to stop talking about the problem, the border crisis is still very much raging.

The officials revealed how roughly one-quarter of the aliens apprehended were discovered in the Rio Grande Valley Sector. That region saw an increase of 155%. The Del Rio Sector, meanwhile, saw 33,205 people apprehended, an increase of 261% over last year’s 9,196 for the same month.

The largest increase, however, was seen in the Yuma Sector. Here, some 29,469 people were apprehended – up from the 1,203 caught in December of last year. That’s an increase of 2,349%.

You read that right. Two thousand, three hundred and forty-nine percent.

Incredibly, Chris Magnus – the commissioner for Customs and Border Protection – didn’t actually address the shocking numbers in a recent statement. Instead, he said that the agency is focusing on other matters than illegal aliens. He briefly mentioned that they are keeping the borders “secured,” but quickly turned the focus to “facilitating lawful trade and travel that is critical to the sustained growth of the U.S. economy.”

Well, if CBP is so concerned about lawful trade, perhaps they have something to say about President Joe Biden’s disastrous Department of Homeland Security ruling that blocks any unvaccinated truck driver from entering the United States land border at a time when the supply chain is already buckling…
