Former President Bill Clinton may not have intended to tell the truth about illegal aliens when he admitted that the Biden administration isn’t properly vetting people coming into the country. But that’s what he did – and the Angel Family of Rachel Morin has thanked him.
Yikes.
At a glance:
- Rachel Morin’s family thanked former President Bill Clinton for acknowledging the failures of Biden-Harris border policies that led to preventable American deaths.
- Clinton remarked during a campaign event that better vetting could have prevented the murder of Laken Riley and others, including Rachel Morin, allegedly killed by an illegal alien.
- The Morin family has criticized the Biden administration for its lack of acknowledgment and action following Rachel’s murder.
The family of Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five who was allegedly murdered by an illegal MS-13 gang member, has expressed gratitude to former President Bill Clinton for speaking out on the consequences of unvetted illegal immigration under the Biden-Harris administration. During a campaign event for Vice President Kamala Harris, Clinton acknowledged that poor border security and a lack of proper vetting have resulted in American deaths, citing the case of 22-year-old Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal immigrant released into the U.S.

Patty Morin, Rachel’s mother, thanked Clinton for his honesty, stating that the loss of her daughter and other victims could have been avoided if border policies had been stricter. Morin previously criticized President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris for their silence on her daughter’s murder, which prosecutors allege was committed by Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, an illegal immigrant with MS-13 ties.

Martinez Hernandez, a 23-year-old from El Salvador, had been apprehended multiple times by Border Patrol agents in 2023 and returned to Mexico. Despite these efforts, he re-entered the U.S. and is accused of raping, bludgeoning, and murdering Rachel Morin in what has been described as one of the most horrific cases in Harford County, Maryland. Before killing Rachel, Martinez Hernandez was also suspected of committing a murder in his home country.
The Morin family, along with other “Angel Families” affected by similar crimes, continues to call for stronger border security to prevent further tragedies. Their attorney, Randolph Rice, issued a statement expressing disappointment with the Biden administration’s lack of response and concern for the safety of American citizens.
This is awkward for the Kamala campaign.
