Amber Heard Throws Out Obama’s Aides, Fires Them As Public Relations Team

( )- Amber Heard, the actress who has been embroiled in a scandal, sacked her public relations firm last week after saying that her story was “not being told effectively,” according to the New York Post.

His ex-husband, actor Johnny Depp, has filed a defamation suit against Heard. The actress has severed connections with Precision Strategies, a public relations firm created by three veterans of former President Barack Obama’s reelection campaign—Stephanie Cutter, Jen O’Malley Dillon, and Teddy Goff.

The former Obama deputy campaign manager has also worked with Vice President Joe Biden on the 2020 Democratic National Convention and the 2021 presidential inauguration. Cutter previously served as deputy campaign manager for Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign.

Previously, Goff worked as the digital director for Obama’s reelection campaign and then as a presidential transition team member before launching his own company, Precision Strategies. Dillon, another Obama alumnus, departed the business in 2020 to handle Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign and is presently serving as White House deputy chief of staff.

Heard’s decision to terminate the firm for its inability to stop “negative headlines” is only the latest recent repercussion of Obama’s failed presidential campaign and administration. It is also the most recent instance in which Democratic strategists have advised questionable personalities. According to reports, Anita Dunn, a Biden adviser who previously worked for President Obama, provided “damage management” advice to Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced Hollywood rapist. When charges of sexual assault against former Democratic superstar Pete Buttigieg were becoming public, Lis Smith, who served as Pete Buttigieg’s communications director in 2020, provided advice to disgraced former governor Andrew Cuomo (D., New York) and his staff.

A 2018 Washington Post op-ed by Heard, in which she claimed to have been a victim of domestic violence, is the subject of Depp’s defamation lawsuit. A left-wing activist group, the ACLU, was recently discovered to have been significantly involved in authoring the op-ed on Heard’s behalf, according to newly released documents.
