Octogenarian Hollywood star Al Pacino’s 30-year-old girlfriend and mother of his latest child says he is “an amazing father.”
The 84-year-old actor’s substantially younger girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, gave birth in June 2023 to a boy named Roman. When Pacino first found out about her pregnancy, though, he was surprised by the news because he was under the impression that he could not father a child due to health complications. Pacino allegedly demanded Alfallah take a DNA test, which she did, proving the child was Pacino’s, making him one of the oldest new fathers on the planet.
Alfallah has since remained private regarding her son and relationship with the Scarface actor. For the first 14 months of Roman’s life, she even avoided revealing pictures of the child.
On Tuesday, Aug. 20, TMZ reporters tracked Alfallah down in Beverly Hills and asked her if she would consider tying the knot with Pacino, to which she responded, “I don’t know.” When previously questioned in November 2023 about marrying Pacino, she said she did not intend to marry him and said she wasn’t “the marrying type,” but it seems she’s changed her mind. She also praised his parenting abilities with their son.
Although both parents have legal custody of Roman, Alfallah maintains full physical custody of the child as per their agreement. Pacino paid $110,000 in child support upfront to Alfallah and will pay her $30,000 every month along with an annual $15,000 toward an education fund for when Roman grows up.
Their relationship has, of course, raised eyebrows due to their 54-year age gap and the fact that Alfallah is younger than Pacino’s oldest daughter, 34-year-old Julie Marie Pacino, who he fathered with Jan Tarrant. Pacino also had two twins with actress Beverly D’Angelo: Anton James Pacino and Olivia Rose Pacino, both 23.
Pacino and Alfallah began spending time with one another during the pandemic lockdowns in 2020. She told Vogue Arabia that Pacino lived “down the street” from her and they “started spending every day together.” The two would play chess and watch movies. She said it “was like film school” when she was with him.
Pacino isn’t the first older man Alfallah dated. Her most notable ex-boyfriend is Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones, who she dated when she was 22 and he was 74. She said the age gap “didn’t matter” to her.
