Renowned British singer Adele has reportedly tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Rich Paul. The 35-year-old star seemed to confirm the rumors during a live show of her dear friend, comedian Alan Carr.
Alan, at the age of 47, was making his first stand-up appearance in the United States, and Adele was there to support him. The event occurred at the cozy Dynasty Typewriter Theatre in Los Angeles on November 18.
The popular Instagram fan account Deuxmoi shared multiple stories alleging that Adele announced her nuptials during the event. Numerous attendees claimed that when Alan asked the audience about recent marriages, Adele promptly responded.
One audience member recounted, “During Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA, Adele was among the audience. When Alan queried the crowd about recent marriages, Adele exclaimed, ‘I did.'”
Another attendee narrated, “I was at Alan Carr’s LA show. The venue was incredibly intimate, with around 75 attendees. Adele was seated directly behind me, thoroughly enjoying herself with a friend. Her security only intervened to deliver snacks.”
“She was unabashed about her presence; she was having fun at her friend’s expense. When the question of recent marriages came up, she loudly responded, ‘I did.’ She was delightful throughout the event but left just before it concluded.”
Earlier, the star had sparked speculations of her marriage to the 41-year-old sports agent when she referred to him as “my husband” in September during her Las Vegas residency.
A genuine female fan expressed her desire to marry the singer during one of her shows, who graciously declined. Adele responded, “You can’t marry me. I’m heterosexual, darling, and my husband is present tonight.”
Despite the fan’s persistence, Adele firmly replied, “No, I won’t give it a shot! I’m with Rich. You’re out of your mind. Let me be.”
Adele and Rich made their relationship public after her March 2021 divorce from Simon Koncecki was finalized. The couple shares a 10-year-old son, Angelo. In May 2022, they confirmed that they had moved in together.
